Feedback and Complaints

familyWe are always looking for feedback on what we do for the children here at Stukeley. It is crucial to allow us to refine and improve what we do.

First and foremost we have a  Kaizen Box into the foyer that invites suggestions from children/parents/staff/governors on anything and everything Stukeley.

What to do if you have a query or complaint
Some questions can easily be answered by asking our office staff.

If you have a specific question relating to your child’s learning then please speak to your child’s class teacher (first thing in the mornings an straight after school can be very busy, best to make an appointment via the office)

If you would like to speak to an Assistant Headteacher regarding any issue, please contact…

rstephens@stukeleymeadows.cambs.sch.uk (if your child is in EYFS or Year 1)
kpage@stukeleymeadows.cambs.sch.uk (if your child is in Years 2/3)
nbarry@stukeleymeadows.cambs.sch.uk (if your child is in Years 4/5/6 or if you have any questions about the National Curriculum tests)

WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
Please contact a senior staff member in the first instance before contacting the Headteacher.
