The Stukeley Choir sang alongside thousands of others at the Young Voices concert in Birmingham.
Two hundred and eighty (ish) of our children went to see the ‘Wizard of Oz’ panto at Hinchingbrooke!
The remaining children saw a not-so-traditional ‘Punch and Judy’ show back at Stukeley!
Mrs Stephens led a Year One Phonics Check information session for families!
Clubs all started back – with the usual heady mix of activities and challenges!
The Sharing Assembly schedule started back up again – with the infants showing us their ‘theme’ starters!
Teachers spent some of Wednesday getting their classrooms ‘newly-themed’ up ready for the term!

We completed the challenge of naming a ‘Stukeley Six’ for only two school days
We had a brief ‘slush around’ in whatever snow was left on Monday morning!
Foundation Stage performed their Nativity production to hundreds of adults – and were just brilliant!
The Stukeley choir sang at the District Council Carol Service, braving the snow and slush to get there!
Christmas Parties got started – some of the dancing was simply incredible!
Year 4/5/6 children shared their projects with the class – some stunning examples!
We finished the ‘Sharing’ year for FS/1/2 with our annual Festive Assembly!

Four Year Sixes made us proud – competing in the English Challenge Final at Ely Cathedral!
Stukeley ‘ran riot’ – with 117 Year 4/5/6 runners taking part in our on-site running competition.

Year Four entertained the crowds at the opening of the Huntingdon Christmas Market
Year One went quail egg hunting in our Stukeley garden (and then tucked in!)
We won the HAPP High Fives Netball tourney at Hartford Junior School!
Mrs Nightingale started filtering the Christmas tunes into assemblies (needs must!)
Years One and Two walked up to the cinema for the ‘Into Film’ Lego Batman experience!
Year Three had a fantastic Egyptian day – the costumes alone were worth it!
Finishing touches went into the first FOSMS Family Quiz and Challenge night!
Foundation Stage families joined us for a ‘Share A Story’ session on Monday afternoon.
We had more families looking round with a view to children starting Stukeley in September 2018!
Year Five performed their excellent ‘Mystery at Magpie Manor’ show to families and the school!
We spent the week focusing on our ‘Care’ value – talking about friendships, bullying and manners.
