A complaint is defined as ‘an expression of dissatisfaction about a service that requires a response.’ At Stukeley, we will do everything possible to ensure we respond promptly and effectively to any queries or concerns before they necessitate a complaint. In most circumstances, the formal complaints procedure can only be accessed once a conversation has been had with the Head Teacher.

If you have a query or complaint regarding a child with a special educational need, please initially talk to the class teacher or SENDCo. If you wish to pursue this as formal complaint, the following procedure is to be followed.
